Hey Micheal, I ran cross country adventure tours up there for a couple seasons. I believe I once stayed at the Tangle Lakes Lodge. It was a long time ago. Did you ever drive up the Cassiar and meet Mighty Moe?
Oh Michael, you made me want to go to Alaska again. Probably would never get to drive your road, but the same tours (3 times already) are always different -- animals, weather, clouds or no clouds over Mt Denali (I'll always want to call it that), and two perfect guides. Have you driven the road through Chicken Alaska yet? Happy Easter. Genie
So glad you liked it Genie. I never went out to Chicken. I know Liz was on that road many times. I have friends in AK who go out there for the annual Chickenstock festival :-)

Hi Evan, Never drove the Cassiar but loved the Alcan. Passed Tangle Lakes Lodge many times, it was closed for a while but I think open again.
Really enjoyed the journey, feels like I am doing the trip myself. Great writing!!
